Strong corrosion resistance

  PU/PVC lining has good resistance to common chemicals such as water, oil, acid and alkali, especially PVC shows stability in weak acid and alkali environments, while PU has better tolerance to oils and solvents.

Compared to traditional rubber lining, PU/PVC is less prone to aging due to chemical corrosion, which extends the service life of the hose.

 

Excellent anti leakage performance

  The PU/PVC lining has a smooth surface, which can effectively reduce water resistance. At the same time, it is tightly combined with the canvas layer through heat sealing technology to prevent high-pressure water leakage.

  The sealing performance of PVC lining is stable at room temperature, while PU lining has stronger tear resistance under extreme pressure (such as high-pressure water guns).

Lightweight and flexible

PU material itself has high elasticity, and the canvas water hose lined with it can still remain soft in low temperature environments, making it easy to fold and quickly unfold; Although PVC lining is slightly hard, it is still lighter compared to rubber material.
